The Bank wishes to select an Ombudsperson with the engagement commencing in March 2023 for up to 12 days per month. The initial appointment is for 3 years.
The Ombudsperson plays a key role in informal conflict and dispute resolution for Bank staff within its London Headquarters and 36 Resident Offices.
